The Illuminator is a platform created to simplify the management and monitoring of your or your loved one's health journey by integrating Medicare (Part A/B/D - Doctors, Hospitalizations & Medications) information into one easy-to-understand format.

To get started, sign up for a free Illuminator account. To sync your loved ones Medicare portal to the Illuminator, you will need your loved one’s Medicare username and password and consent to gain access to their health information.

With Illuminator, you can access primary care doctors and specialists, active medications and medication history, diagnoses, conditions, and a timeline of healthcare events. In addition to the claims that outlined the services provided at each provider interaction.

Once the Illuminator is connected to a Medicare profile,our platform will continuously check for new claims and update your account automatically.

Yes, Illuminator runs on a HIPAA compliant cloud service (AWS) and meets all current industry standards for data protection, privacy, and procedures to ensure your data is safe and secure.

Our MVP currently supports one user and one Medicare profile. Coming soon, the Illuminator will allow you to build a CareCircle, and allow you to share information with other family or providers (with consent in place).
